1/2 cup back sweetener of your choice
The lemon filling
1 cup back sweetener of your choice
1/3 cup almond flour
4 big beaten eggs
4 lemons peeled and juiced
1 tsp sweetener in powder form for garnish
1- Preheat 1 oven at 350F.
2- Add all ingredients for the crust in a large bowl and mix well.
3- line the The baking mold with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture in and spread evenly. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown, and the edges turn brown.
4- While the crust is baking in the oven, prepare the lemon filling.
