2 cups of chicken cooked and minced
One cup shredded Mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
One middle onion chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1/3 tsp chili flakes
2 cups enchilada sauce (divide into two parts)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Yogurt for serving
1- Heat the olive oil in the pan and add the onions and lightly brown. Add the chopped chicken, chili flakes, chopped garlic, salt and pepper, and finally the half of the enchilada sauce. Mix well and simmer for about 12 minutes.
