2 oz cream cheese 
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
2 cups fine almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp coarse salt

🍳 Preparation

1- Preheat oven to 380 ° F and lay baking tray with parchment paper.

2- Whisk the almond flour and the baking powder in a bowl.

3- Put the cream cheese and mozzarella into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the two kinds of cheese in 30-second intervals at full power in the microwave. After every 30 seconds, stir and continue until the cheese has completely melted and forms a smooth cheese dough (2 to 3 minutes).

4- Add cheese, two eggs, and the almond flour and mix in a food processor with a dough knife attachment. Pulsate at high speed until the dough is even. The dough must be quite sticky.
